The pre-commissioning cleaning of newly installed chilled water lines is important as the system becomes vulnerable to blockages and contamination. These contaminate and debris adhere to the surface of the pipes for which RRC provides a complete cleaning solution. Our approach is integrated with air blowing followed by high-velocity flushing using high flow centrifugal pumps (400m3/hr to 2200m3/hr) and concluded with recommended passivation chemicals.
