Nasser M. Al Shamsi : Chairman
Nationality: Emirati

Nasser M. Al Shamsi is the Chairman of RRC (ME) LLC and also the Founder and Chairman for Petro Middle East (PME). Mr Shamsi has nearly two decades of experience in the oil & gas industries across U.A.E. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lavern University, U.S.A.

Davy J. Kerens : Managing Director
Nationality: Dutch

Davy J. Kerens is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Professional Education, Netherlands. He started his career as a sales engineer and with his dedication, hard work and determination he became the general manager at a very young age. During this journey he gained majority of his experience from Middle East where his collective tenure of 18years included working with some of the major refineries and gas producing facilities namely Saudi ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC in Saudi, Qatar Petroleum, Ras Gas, Qatar Gas, Shell GTL, Oryx GTL in Qatar, BAPCO, GPIC in Bahrain. Davy joined RRC as a Project Manager in June 2013. Under this capacity, he has been instrumental in executing several projects like EMAL Phase III and expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport. With his strong project management skills to plan, organize, coordinate and his expertise in resolving issues and public relation skills made him stand out and was soon identified and promoted as the general manager of RRC. Under his leadership, the company has seen exponential growth in both business and company assets.

Jittu Thomas : Regional Manager
Nationality: Indian

Jittu Thomas graduated from Bangalore University, India in the year 2000 and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration in Marketing and International Business. He has 18 years of work experience in the domain of sales and marketing and client relationship. He is an excellent negotiator and has expertise in resolving escalated customer service issues. He has a professional working attitude and is an excellent communicator. Prior to joining RRC he was associated with a similar industrial service company in Saudi Arabia handling sales and marketing both at national and international levels. He worked closely with clients like SABIC, Saudi ARAMCO, SWCC, SATORP, SADARA, YASREF, QP, SHELL GTL, RAS GAS, QATAR GAS, KNPCC, EQUATE, KOC and many more. His experience in this field gave him great leverage to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate company’s services and also to develop the company’s interest among the other GCC countries like Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Bahrain.

Usman Shibu : Chief Accountant
Nationality: Indian

Usman Shibu is a qualified accountant by profession and working with RRC since 2006. He has played a key role in structuring financial plans for RRC and was closely involved in the strategic development of the company. Throughout his career, he worked with several prominent organizations for a total of 26 years and finally holds the role of Chief Accountant. During his tenure, he has been instrumental for the implementation of accounting and ERP software for the company. He has always been a driving force for the company and is a major asset to RRC.

Vaisakh Krishnan : HOD Contracts & Estimation
Nationality: Indian

Vaisakh Krishnan acquired an Engineering degree from Visveswaraya University, India in 2011 under the discipline of Mechanical. His soft skills cover proficient working knowledge on Auto CAD, Solid Edge, Primavera 6.7, MS Project, Pro-E etc. He holds a total experience of 8 years working with a few of the biggest companies in the world namely, SABIC, Saudi ARAMCO, Petro Rabigh, Hadeed, SATORP, SADARA SWCC, Marafiq etc. which includes various project implementations with petrochemical plants, oil refineries, desalination plants, sugar and distilleries. He also has hands-on experience with the operation of boilers, vessels, heat exchangers which includes project scheduling, tracking, preparation of budgets and implementation of the same. Prior to joining RRC he worked in Saudi Arabia as an Estimation and Planning Engineer and got exposure in handling any type of static equipment cleaning and maintenance during plants turn around/shutdown.

Sajeesh Valiyaparambil : Operations Manager
Nationality: Indian

He graduated from Annamalai University (India) in 2007 under the discipline of Mechanical. His soft skills cover proficient working knowledge on Primavera 6, MS Project etc. He holds a collective experience of 10 years working with a few of the biggest companies in the world namely, SABIC, Saudi ARAMCO, Petro Rabigh, Hadeed, SATORP, SADARA SWCC, Marafiq etc. which includes various project implementations with petrochemical plants, oil refineries and desalination plants. Prior to joining RRC he worked in Saudi Arabia where he played a vital role in planning, executing and supervising major shutdowns of static plant equipment, columns revamping, hydro jetting, NDT activities etc. and liaises with clients for a better deliverance.
